Description:

Ragi A. I. Elias and Carly A. Shanahan will be giving a presentation on Prosecution History Estoppel and the Doctrine of Equivalents. Lunch will be served. CLE will be applied for but is not guaranteed.

Ragi A.I. Elias is a registered patent attorney who concentrates his practice on patent procurement and counseling, including representing clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and foreign patent offices. His practice focuses primarily on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the mechanical and medical device arts.

Carly A. Shanahan is a patent agent who assists in the prosecution of patent applications, specializing in the fields of chemistry and biotechnology.
