An experienced IT Manager, Evan Kozierachi began his career in IT in 2005 as a computer repair technician at a local, small business PC store and has functioned in a variety of IT roles since that first job. In his role at Panitch Schwarze, he is responsible for ensuring that the firm’s technology systems are properly supported and system users are trained effectively. Evan’s most important function is ensuring that urgent, client-driven technology needs are met on a constant basis. And, where appropriate, he facilitates long-term technology planning for clients. His utmost priority is cybersecurity that protects clients’ sensitive or confidential data.

In addition to his IT experience, Evan brings a deep understanding of the industries that Panitch Schwarze services. After a 2012 research fellowship that focused on the economic impact of the Affordable Care Act, he decided to study bioethics. He achieved his master’s degree in Bioethics/Medical Ethics from Saint Joseph’s University which provided him greater insight into the healthcare industry and healthcare policy that affects many of Panitch Schwarze’s clients.

With past experience in public relations and marketing, Evan also consults on the firm’s marketing committee.

Evan is an active member of his local Philadelphia community and participates in the Washington West Civic Association. He is also a member of the International Legal Technology Association.
