Panitch Schwarze Attorney Elected to Board of PIPLA

Brian S.S. Auerbach PHILADELPHIA (May 2018) – Panitch Schwarze is pleased to announce that IP attorney Brian S.S. Auerbach has been named to the board of the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Association (PIPLA). He was elected during the organization’s Year-in-Review meeting on May 10.

Auerbach joins Panitch Schwarze attorney John D. Simmons in leading the organization. Simmons is the Immediate Past-President of the board.

Founded in 1923, the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association is one of the oldest IP law organizations in the country. It brings together lawyers and law student affiliates to promote the development and understanding of intellectual property law through regular meetings, sponsored CLE opportunities, and amicus briefs.
