Panitch Schwarze Welcomes New IP Partner Patricia Smink Rogowski

PHILADELPHIA (February 6, 2014) – Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel LLP is pleased to announce the arrival of the firm’s newest Partner, Patricia Smink Rogowski. Pat has over 26 years of experience in patent, trademark and copyright prosecution and counseling, and in intellectual property litigation in federal district courts and in appeals to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Pat is a Delaware and Pennsylvania bar member admitted to practice before the District Courts in Delaware and Pennsylvania, as well as the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Pat also is registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Pat received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. She has been selected as a leading Patent and Trademark Practitioner in Delaware for several consecutive years. Prior to joining Panitch Schwarze, Pat was a partner at Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz LLP, which last year merged to form Novak Druce Connolly Bove + Quigg LLP. Pat served as Hiring Attorney and as a Management Committee member at Connolly Bove, and was on the Executive Committee at Novak Druce.

Pat is slated to lead the firm’s expansion into Delaware. According to Pat: “I am thrilled for this opportunity to join my new colleagues at Panitch Schwarze and make an immediate positive impact to establish the Firm’s practice in Delaware.”
